JULIE BROWN RECEIVES ENDORSEMENT OF POLICE BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION

Tampa, FL - Julie Brown, candidate for Tampa City Council, District 4 was honored today to receive the endorsement of the West Central Florida Police Benevolent Association (PBA).

This announcement from the West Central Florida Police Benevolent Association, representing Tampa Police Officers, Hillsborough County Sheriff Officers as well as agencies in Polk and Pasco Counties, reflects the confidence this organization has that Julie Brown will be a voice for our first responders on Tampa City Council.

Brown commented today “I am so honored that this prestigious group of individuals, representing such a large number of law enforcement officers, has chosen to support me in my campaign for Tampa City Council. I will work diligently to see that our first responders are adequately funded to provide a safe and secure environment for our families.”

Brown, a first time candidate for Council was a former Tampa Assistant City Attorney and is a strong advocate for public safety. Brown is pleased to add the PBA to a growing list of endorsements including a large group of neighborhood leaders and the Tampa Bay Builders Association.
